When using an excavator, users often encounter a variety of faults, and excavator braking is a common type. There are also many types of excavator brakes, and the causes of the brakes are not the same. So what are the specifics? Today, we will briefly introduce the reasons for the brakes of mechanical engines.
Simply put, an excavator brakes a sudden drop in engine speed, causing the engine to smoke or even turn off. There are three manifestations of the excavator brake failure: hot car brakes, cold car brakes, and cold car hot cars are all brakes. The reasons for each case are described below.
Excavator hot car brake
When it is found that the excavator has a hot car brake failure, it needs to be repaired in time, and the common causes of the failure are as follows:
Black smoke may be faulty in the excavator oil circuit, the oil pump, the engine intake, and the engine’s three filters.
The hydraulic pump or distribution valve leaks, causing the pump power to be greater than the engine power.
If the hot car is broken due to the oil road problem, the oil circuit should be inspected in time, and the oil may be deteriorated or dirty.
The hot car is a brake caused by an increase in the internal pressure of the high-pressure oil pump, and requires a school oil pump.
Pump regulator wear, excessive pressure flow in the pump block, wear on the pump’s internal components, and more.
Excavator cold car brake
The reasons for the excavator’s cold car braking may be the following:
Insufficient engine speed or load power.
The pump pressure of the excavator is incorrect.
The engine valve clearance is too large/too small.
The PRV solenoid valve voltage is insufficient.
The diesel label is wrong, the viscosity of the cold diesel is large, and the oil supply is insufficient.
Excavator cold car hot car
If you want an excavator, you can drive a car in both cold and hot cars. This type of failure generally occurs on the second mobile phone, which has a long service life. The reasons for this failure are:
The high pressure oil pump and fuel injector are not working properly.
Engine load power is too large.
The pump manifold pressure flow is too large.
Because it does not change oil for a long time, and so on.
