If the supply of diesel, gasoline and air is not timely or interrupted, there will be problems such as difficulty in starting, poor combustion, reduced power, and the engine cannot run normally. If the oil supply is insufficient or interrupted, the engine will be poorly lubricated, the body will be seriously worn or even burnt. If the cooling water is insufficient, the temperature of the machine will be too high, the power will decrease, the wear will increase, and the service life will be reduced.

4. Inspection: that is, frequently check the fastening parts
Due to the impact of vibration, shock and uneven load during the use of diesel engines and gasoline engines, bolts and nuts are easy to loosen. In addition, the adjustment bolts of various parts should be checked to avoid accidents that damage the body due to loosening.

5. Adjustment: that is, the valve clearance, gas distribution phase, fuel supply advance angle, fuel injection pressure and ignition timing of the diesel engine or gasoline engine should be checked and adjusted in time to ensure that the engine is always in a good technical state, so as to save fuel ,Extended service life.

6. Use: that is, use the engine correctly
Before driving, the lubricating parts such as each bearing bush should be lubricated. After starting, it should be put into operation when the water temperature reaches 40℃-50℃. It is strictly forbidden to overload or work at low speed for a long time. Before stopping, the load should be unloaded and the speed should be reduced.
